Welcome to Baseline Medical Staffing!We know that for most nurses, flexibility is as important as a great rate ofcompensation. At Baseline Medical Staffing that is exactly what you can expect. Compensation We offer the highest pay rates in the West plus a retention bonus every year. Ask about our fabulous referral plan! Direct deposit is available and you get paid weekly. Flexibility You choose the hours and days you wish to work. Work one, two or three 12 hour shifts per week, you choose which days. Working holidays is always optional so you can be with your family on those important occasions. Change your mind? If something comes up after you've been scheduled, simply give us a day's notice. There is never a penalty if you cancel a shift with notice.
